Join me and the Annex Dance Company for an "Art Meets Movement" workshop Sunday, October 11, from 11 AM to 12 PM at the Park Circle Community Building. Annex Dance Company is committed to making professional modern dance accessible through performance, collaboration, and education.

This special, free, and hands-on workshop explores the dynamic intersection of art and dance. As October’s featured artist, I'll share my latest my latest installation, a piece that serves as a sacred space for quiet contemplation and connection. Through a series of movement exercises, participants will help create a dance based on their reactions to my piece. Afterward, I will guide a meditative beading exercise to create a personal Morse code bracelet.

Whether you're an artist, a dancer, or simply curious, this workshop offers a chance to experience art in a new way. No registration or tickets are required. Just bring an open mind and heart!
